URISE'a hoş geldiniz!

 

URISE; Unilever için özel olarak tasarlanmış, Unilever çalışanlarının atanan görevler üzerinden paylaşımda bulunmalarına ve bağlantı kurmalarına olanak tanıyan, CommuniWit CROC (CommuniWit'in Araştırma Temelli Çevrimiçi Topluluğu) hizmetinin bir sürümüdür.

 

URISE uygulamasında sadece Unilever tarafından uygulamayı kullanmanız için sağlanan ad, soyad ve e-posta adresi bilgileriniz bulunmaktadır. Bu bilgiler, Unilever ile yapılan diğer tüm proje ve işbirliklerinde olduğu gibi, URISE'ın (CROC) yasal sahibi olan CommuniWit'in Unilever ile yaptığı gizlilik sözleşmesi ile korunmaktadır. Bu bilgiler, URISE projesi kapsamı dışında herhangi bir amaçla kullanılmamakta, Unilever ve CommuniWit şirketleri ve çalışanları dışında herhangi bir üçüncü taraf veya şirket ile paylaşılmamaktadır.

 

URISE uygulamasının hak sahipleri, geliştiricileri ve kullanıcıları dahil olmak üzere tüm menfaat sahipleri, uygulama dahilinde paylaşacakları içeriklerin Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na (KVKK) uygunluğundan bireysel olarak sorumludur; kendisi dışında herhangi bir gerçek kişiye ait kişisel bilgileri ve/veya bir kuruma ait gizli bilgileri URISE uygulaması dahilinde paylaşmamayı taahhüt eder.

 

URISE uygulamasının hak sahipleri, geliştiricileri ve kullanıcıları olarak tüm menfaat sahipleri, uygulamaya ilişkin ve uygulama içerisinde paylaşılan tüm yazılı ve görsel içerik ve paylaşımları gizli bilgi olarak kabul eder; gizli bilgileri korumak için her türlü tedbiri almayı taahhüt eder.

 

Menfaat sahiplerinden hiçbiri, başkalarının yazılı izni olmaksızın gizli bilgileri üçüncü kişilere aktaramaz, herhangi bir şekilde erişime açamaz, yayın organları ve yayın organları aracılığıyla ifşa edemez veya reklam amacıyla kullanamaz.

 

Gizli bilgilerin korunmasına ilişkin koşullar, URISE projesinin sona ermesinden sonra da devam eder.

 

GİZLİ OLMAYAN BİLGİLER

 

Sahibi tarafından kişisel olarak paylaşılan veya internet dahil olmak üzere ortak bir duyuru yoluyla başka bir şekilde kamuya açıklanan bilgilerle, yürürlükteki yasa veya yönetmelikler veya bir mahkeme kararı veya idari emir uyarınca ifşa edilmesi gereken bilgiler gizli bilgi olarak kabul edilmez.

 

ALINACAK ÖNLEMLER

 

Paydaşlardan her biri, gizli bilgilerin üçüncü gerçek veya tüzel kişilere ifşası veya aleni hale gelmesi durumunda, projenin tüm paydaşlarına durumu derhal ve yazılı olarak bildirmekle yükümlüdür.

 

 

GİZLİ BİLGİLER İÇEREN MATERYALLERİN İADESİ

 

Gizli bilgiler içeren; güvenlik işlemlerine ilişkin tasarım, planlama, kurumsal imajlar, şifre, kullanıcı adı, her türlü soru, cevap ve metinler, yazılım bilgileri, kodlama vb. üç (3) gün içinde ayrı ayrı ihbarname ile yazılı veya elektronik ortamda herhangi bir sureti olmaksızın ilgili menfaat sahibine iade edilir.

Gizli bilgilerin yukarıda belirtilen formatta iade edilmesine rağmen, gizlilik yükümlülüklerine bağlı kalmaya devam edecektir.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI

 

Komunivit Pazar Araştırma, Danışmanlık ve Bilgilendirme LTD ŞTİ (“Communiwit”) olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliği konusunda azami hassasiyet göstermekteyiz. Communiwit olarak, hizmetlerimizden yararlananlar da dahil olmak üzere Communiwit ile ilişkili tüm kişilere ait her türlü kişisel verinin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'na (“KVKK uygun olarak işlenmesine ve saklanmasına önem vermekteyiz. ”). Bu sorumluluğumuzun tam bilinciyle, kişisel verilerinizi aşağıdaki kapsam ve koşullarda, KVKK uyarınca “Veri Sorumlusu” sıfatıyla işlemekteyiz.

 

Kişisel Veri nedir?

 

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ‘nda  kişisel veri, kimliği belirli veya belirlenebilir gerçek kişiye ilişkin her türlü bilgi ve veri olarak tanımlanmıştır. Buna göre, bizimle paylaştığınız adınız, soyadınız, doğum tarihiniz, TC kimlik numaranız, elektronik posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız vb. Kişisel Veri olarak adlandırılmakta ve bu amaçla anılmaktadır.

 

Communiwit, kişisel verilerinizi doğrudan Communiwit ile otomatik yollarla veya üçüncü taraf platformlar gibi diğer kaynaklarla paylaştığınızda toplar.

 

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amaçları ve hukuki dayanakları nelerdir?

 

Communiwit, Unilever ile olan iş ilişkisi çerçevesinde hizmetlerimizi kullanmanızı sağlamak, projeler yürütmek, şikayetleri değerlendirmek ve işleme koymak, ödemelerinizi işlemek ve yönetmek, iletişim yöntemleri ve çevrimiçi platformlarımızın ve akıllı telefon uygulamalarımızın işleyişi, ürünlerimizi, hizmetlerimizi iyileştirmek amacıyla kişisel verilerinizi toplar ve işler.

 

Yukarıda belirtilen amaçlarla, Communiwit, kişisel verilerinizi açık rızanıza dayalı olarak veya sizinle olan sözleşmemizin kurulması veya ifası için işlemenin gerekli olduğu hallerde veya meşru menfaatlerimizin gerektirdiği ölçüde, rızanız olmadan işler. Temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermez.

 

 

Kişisel verilerinizi kimlere aktarıyor ve açıklıyoruz?

 

Kişisel verilerinizi hissedarlarımız veya doğrudan/dolaylı yerli/yabancı iştiraklerimiz veya faaliyet ve operasyonlarımızın ifası için işbirliği içinde olduğumuz yerli/yabancı gerçek ve tüzel kişilerle (kargo, nakliye, çağrı merkezi, yazılım, bulut hizmetleri gibi) ve/veya iş ilişkilerimizin sürekliliği boyunca bizi temsil etmek için paylaşabiliriz.

 

Ayrıca, Kişisel Verileriniz yasal görev ve yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesi için tarafımızca yetkili mahkemeler ve diğer devlet kurumları ve kamu kurumları ile paylaşılabilecektir. Communiwit ayrıca, güvenliğinizin sağlanması ve Communiwit'in yürürlükteki mevzuat kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerinin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla, Communiwit web sitelerini ve uygulamalarını ziyaretinizle bağlantılı olarak kişisel verilerinizi ve trafik bilgilerinizi yetkili makam ve kurumlarla paylaşabilir.

 

 

Kişisel verilerinizi nasıl saklıyor ve saklıyoruz?

 

Communiwit ile paylaşılan kişisel verileriniz, Communiwit'in yerel/yurtdışı güvenli sunucularında, yürürlükteki yasa ve yönetmeliklere, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu hükümlerine tam uyum sağlanarak saklanmakta ve saklanmaktadır.

Communiwit, kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğini korumak için mevzuatta belirtilen gerekli teknik ve idari güvenlik tedbirlerini almaktadır.

 

 

Kişisel verilerinizi ne kadar süreyle saklıyoruz?

 

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun  Madde 7/f.1 uyarınca, verilerin işlenme amaçlarının ortadan kalkması ve/veya kişisel verilerinizi muhafaza etmekle yükümlü olduğumuz yasal saklama sürelerinin sona ermesi ile birlikte kişisel verileriniz silinecek, yok edilecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.

 

 

 

Kanundan doğan haklarınız nelerdir?

 

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’ nun 11. maddesi uyarınca, Communiwit'in veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla verilerinizi işlediği ölçüde aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

 

  • Herhangi bir kişisel verinizin işlenmeye konu olup olmadığını öğrenme;
  • İşleme faaliyetlerine ilişkin bilgi talep etme;
  • İşleme amaçlarını öğrenmek;
  • Kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı yerli ve yabancı üçüncü kişileri bilme;
  • Kişisel verilerinin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme;
  • İşleme amaçları artık mevcut değilse, kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini talep etme;
  • Silme veya düzeltmenin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme;
  • Kişisel verilerin otomatik yollarla işlenmesi sonucunda ortaya çıkan olumsuz sonuçlara itiraz etme;
  • Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde tazminat talep etme.

 

Başvurunuzda yer alan talepler, talebinizin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde çözüme kavuşturulacaktır.

TERMS OF USE

 

Welcome to URISE! 

URISE; It is a version of the CommuniWit CROC (CommuniWit's Research-beased Online Community) service specially designed for Unilever, which allows Unilever employees to share and connect over assigned tasks.

 

The URISE application only has your name, surname and e-mail address information provided by Unilever for you to use the application. This information, as in all other projects and collaborations with Unilever, is protected by the confidentiality agreement of CommuniWit, the legal owner of URISE (CROC), with Unilever. This information is not used for any purpose outside the scope of the URISE project, and is not shared with any third party or company other than Unilever and CommuniWit companies and their employees.

 

All stakeholders, including the rights holders, developers and users of the URISE application, are individually responsible for the compliance of the content they will share within the application with Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK); undertakes not to share the personal information of any real person other than themselves and/or the confidential information of an institution within the URISE application.

 

As the right holders, developers and users of the URISE application, all stakeholders accept all written and visual content and shares related to the application and shared within the application as confidential information; undertakes to take all measures to protect confidential information.

 

None of the stakeholders can transfer confidential information to third parties, make it accessible in any way, disclose it through media organs and media outlets or use it for advertising purposes without the written consent of the others.

 

Conditions for the protection of confidential information continue after the end of the URISE project.

 

NON-CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

 

With information that has been shared personally by the owner or otherwise made public, including on the Internet, through a joint announcement.

Information that must be disclosed pursuant to applicable laws or regulations or a court decision or administrative order is not considered confidential information.

 

PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE

 

Each of the stakeholders is obliged to notify all the stakeholders of the project immediately and in writing, in the event that confidential information is disclosed to third real or legal persons or becomes public.

 

 

 

 

RETURN OF MATERIALS CONTAINING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

 

Containing confidential information; design, planning, corporate images, password, user name, all kinds of questions, answers and texts, software information, coding, etc. related to security operations, in case of termination of the business relationship between the stakeholders, without the need for a separate notice and in written or electronic form will be returned to the stakeholder to which it belongs within three (3) days without any copy.

Despite the return of confidential information in the above-mentioned format, it will continue to be bound by its confidentiality obligations.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As Komunivit Market Research, Consultancy and Information LTD ŞTİ (“Communiwit”), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. As Communiwit, we attach importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons related to Communiwit, including those who benefit from our services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data in the scope and conditions below, as a "Data Controller" in accordance with KVKK.

 

What is Personal Data?

 

Personal data is defined in the Law as all kinds of information and data regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. Accordingly, your name, surname, date of birth, identity number, electronic mail address, phone number etc. shared by you with us are named and termed as Personal Data for the purposes hereof.

 

Communiwit collects your personal data when you share it directly with Communiwit, through automatic means or other sources, such as third-party platforms.

 

What are the purposes and legal bases of processing of your personal data?

 

Communiwit collects and processes your personal data for the purpose to enable you to use our services within the framework of the business relationship with Unilever, to run projects, to evaluate and process any complaints, to process and manage your payments, improve our products, services, communication methods and functioning of our online platforms and smart phone applications.

For the purposes set out above, Communiwit processes your personal data based on your explicit consent, or without your consent where the processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of our agreement with you, or to the extent our legitimate interests require, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

 

 

 

To whom are we transferring and disclosing your personal data?

 

We may share your personal data with our shareholders, or our direct / indirect local / foreign subsidiaries, or local or foreign real and legal persons with whom we cooperate for performance of our activities and operations (such as cargo, transport, call center, software, or cloud services) and/or representing us throughout the continuity of our business relations.

Furthermore, your Personal Data may also be shared by us with competent courts and other governmental bodies and public entities for the performance of our legal duties and obligations. Communiwit may also share your personal data and traffic information in connection with your visit to Communiwit websites and applications to ensure your security and to fulfill Communiwit’'s obligations under the applicable legislation with the authorities and institutions.

How are we storing and keeping your personal data?

 

Your personal data shared with Communiwit is being kept and stored in Communiwit’s local / foreign secure servers in strict compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, the provisions of the Law. Communiwit takes the necessary technical and administrative security measures specified under the legislation to protect the security of your personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

 

In accordance with Article 7/f.1. of the Law, once the purposes for processing the data no longer exist and/or upon expiration of the legal retention periods during which we are obliged to retain your personal data, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

What are your rights arising out of the Law?

 

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, to the extent Communiwit is processing your data as a data controller, you have the following rights:

  • learn whether any of your personal data is subject to processing;
  • request information regarding the processing activities;
  • learn the purposes for processing;
  • know local and foreign third persons if, and to whom, personal data are transferred;
  • to request correction of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately;
  • request deletion or destruction of personal data if the purposes for processing no longer exist;
  • request notification of deletion or correction to third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
  • object to negative consequences which arise as a result of processing of personal data by automatic means; and
  • request indemnification if you suffer damage as a result of illegal processing of your personal data.

The requests found in your application will be resolved as soon as possible according to the nature of your request and within thirty days at the latest.

How can you exercise your rights relating to your personal data?
